Grief Movement
There is a union between body, mind and spirit. Using the power of movement, breath and sound to inspire you to release the pain and struggle you carry, allowing you to connect to love, harmony and peace.
The movement and exercise (can be done in a chair) compassionately allows sadness and anger to move through. The movements that are taught are not so much about physical flexibility, as it is an emotional liberation. Five areas addressed in this session allow space for new insights, harmony, appreciation, love and forgiveness. They include: Awareness, Expression, Connection, Surrender and Evolution.

Meditation is a learned skill. The best way to learn any new skill, is with a teacher. We will teach you the steps and offers insights to help enhance your meditation experience.
