There is a union between body, mind and spirit. Using the power of movement, breath and sound to inspire you to release the pain and struggle you carry, allowing you to connect to love, harmony and peace. 

The movement and exercise (can be done in a chair) compassionately allows sadness and anger to move through. The movements that are taught are not so much about physical flexibility, as it is an emotional liberation. Five areas addressed in this session allow space for new insights, harmony, appreciation, love and forgiveness. They include: Awareness, Expression, Connection, Surrender and Evolution.

This is not your traditional counseling. Elena comes from Russia and has studied modern spiritual approaches to psychology. If you are struggling with traditional therapies, this may be an option for you!
