Cranio-Sacral Therapy is a form of bodywork or alternative therapy (done over the clothes) using a gentle touch to palpate the Synarthrodial joints of the cranium. A practitioner may also apply light touches to a clients spine and pelvic bones. This palpation may help regulate the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and aid in "primary respiration."

Chair Massage is a style of seated massage and focuses on your back, shoulders, neck, scalp and arms. Chair Massage is done over the clothes and doesn't require any massage oil or lotion.
